LATAM Compliance Lead & Regulator Liaison

OKX is seeking a Senior Compliance Leader to own LATAM regulatory engagement and to guide a network of MLROs across multiple markets. You will embed compliance into product launches, strategic decisions, and market expansions to ensure robust risk management. Ideal candidates have 10+ years in financial services/crypto compliance, LATAM expertise, and fluency in Spanish and English, with CAMS/FIBA certifications preferred.
