Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) Profession: Nursing Specialty: Med Surg/Telemetry/Progressive Care Unit (PCU) Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: 2 years of previous experience required At least 1 travel contract completed preferred License: State license in Iowa required State license in Illinois required Certifications: BLS (AHA) ACLS (AHA) Must-Have: Chest tubes and drains Femtostops and trachs Central lines Medication titration experience including Amiodarone, Cardizem, Nitro, Insulin, Heparin, Dopamine, Dobutamine, Isuprel, Milrinone, Argatroban Description: The traveler is a member of the interdisciplinary team. They contribute professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients. The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses. The expected commitment includes working summer holidays such as Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day. A supervisory reference is required at the time of submission. The profile must include a driver's license. Work history or resume is required. A completed skills checklist within the last year is mandatory. License verification is necessary. Candidates must have a taxable address outside of 50 miles from the facility. References are required.
