Registered Nurse - Pediatric Inpatient Oncology

Requisition #: 671711 • Location: Johns Hopkins Hospital, Baltimore, MD 21287 • Category: Nursing • Schedule: Night Shift • Employment Type: Full Time Overview The Johns Hopkins Hospital Pediatric Oncology Inpatient Unit provides comprehensive care for medical oncology and stem cell transplant patients, including those with leukemia (ALL, AML), brain tumors, sarcomas (rhabdomyosarcoma, osteosarcoma, Ewing’s sarcoma), neuroblastoma, and Wilms Tumor, as well as non‑malignant conditions such as sickle cell disease, aplastic anemia, thalassemia, and SCID. The unit cares for patients from birth to 26 years of age, delivering physical, psychological, and spiritual support to patients and families and collaborating closely with Radiation Oncology and Surgery. Qualifications Associate's Degree in nursing (ADN) (Required) Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) (Preferred) – applicants with an ADN may be considered if entering a BSN program. RN-Registered Nurse License (Required) CPR – Basic CPR (Required) Minimum six (6) months of nursing experience (Required); 1 year of experience preferred. Salary Range Minimum $39.64/hour – Maximum $61.45/hour. Compensation is commensurate with experience and role scope.
