Participate in clinical conferences to share and coordinate the plan of care for patients Treat residents one on one so each patient gets individualized attention through private treatment sessions with a functional based treatment approach The ability to individualize treatment sessions! Masters Degree from an accredited graduate program in speech language pathology school.
