CREW MEMBER – LANDSCAPE CONCRETE CURBING
Edgestone Curbing, LLC, a fast growing installer of decorative concrete curbing for residential landscapes, seeks a contract crew member to mix, load and support the installation of concrete curbing for customers in the Atlanta metro area. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone with skilled labor skills or interests to grow with a company that values dependability, reliability, and quality craftsmanship
Key Duties:
· Site Prep: Digging, trenching, and clearing grass or dirt along garden beds, including moving old landscape stone for removal.
· Material Mixing: Mixing concrete to specifications. Loading mixes for installation and design teams to lay and finish.
· Installation & Finishing: Supporting the operation of concrete curbing machinery, hand-troweling, shaping, stamping, and cutting control joints in landscape curbs as needed.
· Clean Up: Removing excess debris, backfilling soil, and loading/unloading tools onto truck and trailer.
Job Requirements:
· Physical Fitness: Ability to lift 50+ pounds, bend, and kneel for 8 hour shifts .
· Weather Tolerance: Ability to work outdoors in all conditions, including high heat, cold, and rain.
· Experience: Preferred experience with concrete, masonry, or general landscaping, or willingness to learn.
· License: Valid driver’s license preferred to travel to job sites.
· Safety: Willingness to follow safety rules for job sites.
This contract (per job) opportunity offers excellent compensation, up to $25 per hour, depending on skill and productivity.
