Circle the City seeks a Patient Support Specialist for its Midtown Medical Respite Center in Phoenix. This full-time role champions patient needs and fosters a safe, supportive environment to help reach recovery goals. Responsibilities include admissions/discharges, harm-reduction support, and collaboration with the RN Program Manager to enhance the respite program.
