Bachelor’s in Medical Technology, Clinical Lab Science, or related field, National certification (ASCP, AMT, or equivalent), and 1–2+ years recent hospital lab experience. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Schedule:

• 8/17 start date
• Two-week rotation: 7 consecutive 10-hour night shifts followed by 7 days off (total of 70 hours per two-week cycle)
• Shift hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM
• Schedule runs Friday through Thursday

Qualifications:

• Valid certification or degree as a Medical Technologist or Medical Lab Technician
• Previous experience in a clinical laboratory environment is strongly preferred
• Proficient with laboratory instrumentation and standard procedures
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational abilities and keen attention to detail
• Ability to work independently during night shifts

Primary Responsibilities:

• Perform routine and complex laboratory analyses on patient specimens
• Operate and maintain laboratory equipment according to established protocols
• Accurately record and communicate test results to the appropriate medical staff
• Ensure quality control and compliance with laboratory policies
• Adhere to safety and infection control regulations at all times
• Collaborate effectively with other laboratory and clinical staff to optimize patient care

$1,729 - $1,822/Week Estimated weekly earnings represent hourly wages, based on 40 hours per week, and expense reimbursement for eligible candidates. The actual amount may vary based on hours worked, eligibility for reimbursements, and seasonal adjustments.
