Xanterra Travel Collection is seeking a Food & Beverage Training & Standards Manager to lead hands-on training across our Grand Canyon South Rim F&B outlets. You will deliver programs, track compliance, and partner with leadership to raise service standards in a dynamic, high-volume setting. Required are 5+ years in F&B management, ServSafe certifications, LMS experience, and strong communication.
