Open Circle of Heritage Park, a Cassia community, is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our adult day program. 8 hours per week, flexible schedule, pay $28 per hour, location 1015 N 4th Ave, Minneapolis, MN. Position Details Position Type: Part‑Time Work Hours: 8:00 am – 4:30 pm (flexible) Pay: $28 per hour Location: 1015 N 4th Ave, Minneapolis, MN Licensed Practical Nurse Responsibilities Displays a courteous attitude and respect for members, families, and staff. Administers medications and/or treatments in accordance with physician's orders and monitors for effectiveness/response. Manages medications, supplies, and equipment including ordering, receiving, storing, and disposing of all items in accordance with policies and procedures. Monitors members' health and acts as a liaison with families and healthcare providers. Provides nursing care to individual members. Performs additional duties as required. Licensed Practical Nurse Qualifications Must have a current Minnesota LPN license and be in good standing. Self‑starter with a desire to be a part of a team. Experience working with geriatric population preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
