Financial Analyst

The position offers the opportunity to contribute across planning, forecasting, and performance evaluation while partnering with stakeholders on high-impact financial initiatives.Responsibilities:• Develop financial models that support forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning efforts across the business.• Analyze operating results and explain key drivers behind budget-to-actual and forecast-to-actual variances.• Prepare ad hoc financial analyses to guide leadership decisions, evaluate business scenarios, and identify performance trends.• Gather, organize, and interpret large data sets using effective data mining techniques to uncover actionable insights.• Partner with cross-functional teams to deliver timely reporting and improve visibility into financial performance.• Create clear summaries and presentations that communicate findings, risks, and opportunities to business leaders.• Support ongoing FP&A activities by monitoring metrics, refining assumptions, and improving analytical processes.
