Job Description We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Detailer to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals passionate about cars and looking to start a career in Automotive Paint Protection and Enhancement Services. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and a willingness to learn from experienced professionals. This role will focus heavily on supporting our high-end services through shop maintenance and automotive prep work. General Accountabilities Assist in the preparation of vehicles for specialty services, including washing, claying, and masking. Help with shop maintenance tasks, such as cleaning workspaces, organizing tools, and maintaining equipment. Support the application of clear bra paint protection film (PPF) under the guidance of experienced installers. Perform basic ceramic coating applications on various types of vehicles. Assist in window tinting, ensuring precise preparation and installation. Aid in the execution of color change vinyl wrap installations. Participate in chrome delete services and powder coating wheel prep. Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and ensure a high standard of service. Provide excellent customer service and contribute to customer satisfaction. Job Qualifications Strong attention to detail and passion for cars. Highly organized and a clean freak—an obsession with keeping workspaces tidy and orderly is a must. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks. Good communication skills and a team player attitude. Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced detailers. Prior experience in automotive detailing or shop maintenance is a plus but not required. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation. Skills Adaptability: Willingness to learn new techniques and adjust to the latest industry technologies and methods. Time Management: Ability to manage time effectively, especially when working on multiple vehicles or tasks. Communication Skills: Ability to follow instructions and collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently. Attention to Detail: Critical for ensuring high-quality finishes, spotting imperfections, and making necessary corrections. Physical Demands Physical Stamina: Ability to stand for long periods and perform physically demanding tasks, such as polishing and wrapping vehicles. Manual Dexterity: Skillful use of hands in handling delicate materials like vinyl wraps and PPF. Strength and Endurance: Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and materials as needed.
