Responsibilities & Requirements At least one (1) year of caregiving experience working or has worked in any agencies, nursing homes, group homes, assisted living, etc. No attendance issues Ability to work day shifts from 9am to 2pm Strong belief in making a difference in the lives of clients Ability to perform personal and companion care, including assisting with bathing, dressing, eating, toileting, and personal hygiene Read client care plans and assessments and provide consistent quality care based on the care plan for each client Adhere to all company policies, including dress code, time off, call-out, etc. Clock in and out of every shift on the appropriate systems associated with the clients they are servicing Observe clients, recognize changes in behavior or health, and notify appropriate personnel of Nest & Care if necessary We emphasize a client-centered approach, which means we recognize that the quality of care we provide is directly linked to the well-being of our caregivers.
