We are looking for an experienced Hogan Banking Software Developer with strong core-banking expertise to develop, customize, maintain, and support Hogan applications.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain Hogan core-banking applications.
Customize Hogan modules based on business requirements.
Support deposits, loans, customer accounts, and transaction-processing systems.
Develop and maintain COBOL programs, JCL jobs, and DB2 components.
Monitor and troubleshoot batch-processing failures.
Perform root-cause analysis for production issues.
Implement application enhancements and defect fixes.
Support testing, deployments, and production releases.
Collaborate with business analysts, banking SMEs, QA teams, and developers.
Prepare technical documentation and provide knowledge transfer.

Required Skills

7+ years of experience with the Hogan Banking System.
Strong core-banking domain knowledge.
Hands-on Hogan application development and production-support experience.
Strong experience with COBOL, JCL, and DB2.
Expertise in IBM mainframe technologies.
Experience with batch processing, scheduling, and troubleshooting.
Understanding of deposits, loans, customer accounts, and transaction processing.
Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

Banking modernization or Hogan integration experience.
Experience with enterprise APIs and downstream banking systems.
Knowledge of Agile delivery and release-management processes.
Experience working with distributed onsite and offshore teams.
