- Educate customers on their options, providing honest and professional recommendations

- Deliver an exceptional customer experience that builds long-term trust
- HVAC experience - 4+ years in residential HVAC service, repair, or sales
- Active HVAC license (apprentice or journeyman) required
- Strong technical skills - Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of HVAC issues
- Sales-driven mindset - Confidence in recommending and selling new systems during service calls
- Excellent communication - Ability to explain technical issues in a way homeowners understand
- EPA certification (NATE certification is a plus!)
- A positive, customer-focused attitude
