General Laborer

Location: Eaton, OH
Pay: $15.00/hour
Shift: 1st Shift

Job Summary

We are seeking a General Laborer to support manufacturing and production operations. This position involves hands-on physical tasks, including material handling, product assembly, loading and unloading parts, and supporting various machines throughout the facility.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform general manual labor, material handling, and product assembly.

• Load and unload raw materials, parts, and finished products.

• Support multiple machines and production areas as needed.

• Assist with moving and transporting materials throughout the facility.

• Maintain a clean and organized work area.

• Follow all established safety procedures.

• Work with team members to support safe and efficient production.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to lift and maneuver materials up to 50 lbs.

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Previous manufacturing or production experience preferred.

• Basic hand and power tool knowledge preferred.

• Ability to read technical drawings or blueprints preferred.
