Computed Tomography Technologist - Travel Job

Become a vital part of a Sanford, ME hospital as an experienced Computed Tomography Technologist. You will accurately follow physician scanning instructions, administer contrast materials when indicated, and operate CT imaging equipment to produce high-quality diagnostic studies for patient care. Minimum Requirements: 2 years CT technologist experience. Completion of a JRCERT-accredited Radiologic Technology program or equivalent education. Current ARRT (Computed Tomography) certification or ARRT with CT registry eligibility as specified by the client. Current BLS certification. Experience working in an acute care hospital radiology department, including familiarity with routine and emergent CT protocols. Experience using an electronic medical record system for documentation. (Client uses EPIC as their EMR; preferred.) Ability to follow hospital imaging safety protocols, including contrast administration and patient identification procedures. Preferred: Experience with trauma and emergency imaging workflows. Assignment Details Facility type: Hospital. Shift: Nights, 1900-0700. Weekend and holiday coverage as required by scheduling needs.
