About the Position

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 3x12-hour shifts (36 hours/week) | 13-week assignment

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in an intensive care unit setting during night shift hours
• Monitor and manage critically ill patients requiring advanced hemodynamic and neurological support
• Perform and manage Intracranial Pressure (ICP) monitoring as indicated
• Operate and manage Continuous Renal Replacement Therapy (CRRT) for patients with acute renal failure
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams to develop and implement individualized patient care plans

Required Qualifications

• Active Georgia RN license or valid Compact RN license – must be in hand at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of ICU experience within the past 3 years
• Demonstrated experience with ICP monitoring
• Demonstrated experience with CRRT
• Must not reside within 50 miles of the facility (travel candidates only)

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience in a high-acuity or academic medical center ICU environment
• Strong critical thinking and clinical assessment skills in complex patient populations
