Construction Foreman

Day to Day Responsibilities

Insight Global is currently seeking a Hanging Foreman to join a client in the commercial construction industry. This individual will lead drywall hanging crews while remaining fully hands-on in the field. Responsibilities include performing layout, reviewing plans, and directing drywall installation to meet quality and schedule requirements. The Hanging Foreman will work independently with minimal oversight while supporting superintendents and coordinating with subcontractors. Maintaining strict safety compliance, including OSHA and fall protection standards, is a critical component of the role. The Hanging Foreman will also assist with monitoring subcontractor performance and ensuring efficient, high-quality production.

Must Haves

Commercial Drywall hanging experience

Strong layout ability including blueprint reading, snap lines, and wall placement

Hands-on “working foreman” mentality (actively working in the field)

OSHA 10 certification

Fall protection knowledge

Comfortable working at extreme heights (~400 ft)

Hourly Rate up to $28hr (time and a half on OT hours worked)
