Position Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Human Resources Manager to join our team in Greenville, SC. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR management within non-profit, healthcare, or administrative settings, and possess a deep understanding of HR best practices. This role requires excellent communication skills, a commitment to confidentiality, and a passion for fostering an inclusive and supportive workplace environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee all HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and compliance.
• Ensure adherence to South Carolina labor laws and organizational policies.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive employee information and HR records.
• Support grant compliance requirements related to HR activities.
• Promote and support an inclusive workplace culture, with a focus on LGBTQ+ inclusivity.
• Provide excellent customer service to employees and management regarding HR-related inquiries and issues.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a non-profit, healthcare, or administrative setting.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices and South Carolina labor laws.
• Experience with grant compliance in HR functions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Experience working in LGBTQ+ inclusive environments is strongly preferred.
