Schedule: Monday-Friday
Hours: ~8:00am-5:00pm
Location: Portland, Oregon

Our team delivers advanced outpatient care using modern EMR systems and offers both procedural and followup services. Position Summary-We are seeking a Medical Receptionist with a warm, upbeat, and professional demeanor to join our frontoffice team. As the first point of contact for patients, you will play an essential role in creating a positive and welcoming experience. The ideal candidate is friendly, patientfocused, and able to remain calm, objective, and supportive.
This position is perfect for someone passionate about patient care and looking to grow within the healthcare field. (Travel between clinic locations is REQUIRED)
Essential Job Duties-- Schedule patient appointments and procedures following clinic protocols
- Register new patients and update insurance and demographic information
- Obtain, scan, and upload required forms, insurance cards, and identification
- Capture patient photos when needed for chart accuracy
- Notify clinical staff of patient arrivals
- Prepare charts and review EMR records for upcoming visits
- Greet patients, collect copays and outofpocket payments, and issue receipts
- Ensure accurate posting of all payments
- Ability to travel from one clinic location to another depending on clinic needs
- 1+ year of recent office or customer service experience
- Positive, professional, and teamoriented attitude
- Reliable transportation to get from one clinic location to another
