Operations ManagerOperations Manager will drive high-quality clinical services, support teams, and create a safe, healing environment for patients.Position: Operations ManagerLocation: near Park City, UTLead & develop clinical teamsOversee staffing, training & operationsEnsure exceptional patient care & outcomesCollaborate across clinical + operations teamsUT - LCMHC, LCSW, MFT, Psy.DMinimum two (2) years of relevant clinical experience with adolescents, young adults, and families with mental health, substance abuse, and co-occurring disordered populations preferred.Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a supervisory or management role preferred.Very Competitive SalaryMedical, Dental, and Vision BenefitsPTO, 401(k)Interviewing immediately!
