About the Role
We seek the "best of the best" restaurant professionals passionate about food, elevated service, and beverage experiences. Our Food & Beverage team at Hotel Bardo Savannah is currently looking for a passionate, hard-working, and attentive support team member for our pool bar, Bar Bibi. In this role, you will work with a team of hospitality partners who are dedicated to delivering an exceptional dining experience for our guests.
What You'll Do
- Prepare poolside tables and chairs by setting and cleaning tables and re-setting tables
- Deliver food from the kitchen to guest tables rapidly and accurately and re-fill beverages as needed
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the expo line
- Communicate effectively and courteously with guests and team members
- Respond to guest requests and inform management of any service issues
- Ensure the server station is adequately stocked with necessary supplies
Qualifications
- Hard-working team player with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
- The ability to work as part of a team
- The ability multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to endure abundant physical movements in various work areas
