Foreclosure Attorney

Position Overview HWM is seeking a Foreclosure Attorney to represent secured and unsecured creditors in consumer and commercial foreclosure matters. The ideal candidate will manage a high-volume foreclosure caseload, provide strategic guidance to lender and creditor clients, and appear in court proceedings. Responsibilities Represent lenders in regard to real property foreclosure and general property laws. Prepare and review pleadings including proofs of claim, motions for relief from stay, objections to confirmation, objections to discharge/dischargeability, and related litigation matters. Appear at court hearings, mediations, and trials. Analyze loan documents, collateral issues, and creditor rights. Monitor and apply changes in statutes, rules, and case law. Communicate effectively with clients, trustees, and opposing counsel. Provide legal guidance and strategic recommendations to creditor clients.
