Automotive Technicians Transitioning to Diesel:

$30–$35/hour, with Clear Growth You're solid at what you do now. You're ready for the next chapter. We'll invest in your diesel specialization with hands-on training, mentorship from experienced diesel techs, and ASE certification reimbursement. Your pay grows as your skills advance. This is a real career path with a defined trajectory—not a dead end.
