Customer Service Representative
Schedule: 8:00 AM–4:30 PM
Compensation: $29-31 per hour
Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Representative with a background in manufacturing to support customer relationships and ensure efficient day-to-day order management. The ideal candidate will have prior manufacturing customer service experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with internal departments to meet customer needs.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries and requests.
Process and manage customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Communicate order status, shipping updates, and potential delays to customers.
Coordinate with production, shipping, and other internal departments to resolve customer issues.
Maintain accurate customer records, order information, and related documentation.
Address customer concerns professionally and work toward timely resolutions.
Provide responsive service to maintain strong customer relationships.

Pay Details: $29.00 to $31.00 per hour
