Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans
• Administer and supervise physical therapy treatments and modalities
• Provide gait training, balance training, mobility training, and therapeutic exercises
• Utilize modalities such as ultrasound, electrical stimulation, cryotherapy, paraffin, and soft tissue mobilization
• Communicate patient progress with referring physicians
• Develop home exercise programs and educate patients/families
• Supervise PT Assistants and Rehabilitation Assistants
• Complete evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries, and required documentation
• Participate in quality improvement and performance initiatives
