Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Job Summary:

As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), you will provide supervision of staff and safeguard the health, safety, and welfare of all residents under your care. We're looking for a dedicated individual with a passion for delivering high-quality care to join our Skilled Nursing team.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver safe, timely, and effective nursing care to residents under the direction of an RN or physician
• Monitor patients' health, administer medications, and provide wound care and other treatments
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and update individualized care plans
• Support residents and their families with education, comfort, and reassurance
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with regulatory standards
• Follows the plan of care as developed by the RN staff nurse, MDS Coordinator(s), or RN members of the Nursing leadership team
• Observes safety policies and reports any safety concerns
• Demonstrates respect of resident rights and dignity
• Fulfills the role of charge nurse when assigned
• Supervise and support CNAs in the delivery of care
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for residents
• Ensure compliance with infection control, safety, and HIPAA policies
• Participate in quality assurance activities and staff meetings

Requirements:

• Active LPN license in Maryland or Multistate
• Experience in long-term care or skilled nursing preferred – new grads welcome!
• Strong clinical skills, attention to detail, and a heart for service
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
