Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapy Manager to lead and oversee respiratory services in a dynamic healthcare setting. This role is responsible for supervising staff, ensuring 24/7 coverage, managing clinical operations, and maintaining high standards of patient care and compliance.

Essential Job Duties

• Lead and supervise Respiratory Therapists
• Ensure quality respiratory care and regulatory compliance
• Manage staffing, scheduling, and training programs
• Oversee ventilator care and chronic respiratory patients
• Maintain equipment, policies, and clinical standards

Requirements

• Active Ohio Respiratory Care License
• 2+ years of experience (leadership preferred)
• Ventilator and chronic care experience required
• CPR/First Aid certification
