We're growing—and we're looking for driven, high‑energy sales professionals who want to build a strong career while making a real impact. OPC is hiring Residential Sales Account Executives to support our rapidly expanding Cincinnati and Southern Ohio market, based out of our Milford, OH branch.

In this role, you'll:

• Actively prospect and develop new residential accounts
• Build strong relationships with homeowners
• Partner with our service teams to deliver custom pest control solutions
• Represent a long‑standing local brand that homeowners have trusted for generations known as Ace Exterminating

• Up to 12 weeks of paid training at $2,000 per biweekly pay period. Upon completion of training you will earn a base wage between $35,000 to $40,000 plus uncapped sales commissions —you have the potential to earn over $100,000 annually or more in salary plus commissions ;

You Will:

• Proactively prospect and generate residential sales leads by identifying opportunities through observable residential prospecting
• Serve as a trusted advisor and skilled negotiator , building solutions that benefit both the customer and OPC
• Actively close deals within defined timelines and maintain momentum throughout the sales cycle
• Crush quotas and consistently achieve (and exceed) monthly sales goals
• Collaborate as a proud member of the OPC team , sharing insights, resources, and wins across the organization
• Deliver personalized service and long‑term support to homeowners, building lasting relationships

Qualifications

• 2 years' sales experience
• 2 years' experience in home services sales preferred but not required

Must be able to pass pre‑employment drug screen, criminal history and motor vehicle background checks.

Working Environment:

• Must be able to obtain the appropriate pesticide license within the first 90 days of employment
• Must be able to bend, stoop, walk on uneven surfaces, climb ladders, reach overhead and inspect small spaces
• Must be able to work independently in the field and manage route-based assignments after training
• Must maintain valid driver’s license through life of employment
