Use your security, military, or law enforcement experience to protect residents, support community safety, and help maintain a secure environment. This role offers the opportunity to apply your skills in incident response, patrol operations, and community protection.

What You'll Do

• Enforce community policies, lease requirements, rules, regulations, and applicable laws.
• Maintain a visible security presence to deter unsafe or unacceptable activities.
• Patrol assigned areas and provide detailed activity reports.
• Respond to medical, criminal, and emergency situations and coordinate appropriate actions.
• Report incidents promptly and complete required documentation.
• Build relationships with local, county, and state law enforcement agencies.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and community members.
• Conduct property inspections, including vacant unit checks and common area safety inspections.
• Identify and report safety concerns within the community.

What You Need

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
• Availability to work flexible schedules, including occasional overtime.
• Previous law enforcement, military, security, military police, or intelligence experience preferred.
