Driver Recruiter wanted for the transportation company.

This is a very important position for our company and the right fit who has what it takes to ensure a constant flow of drivers will be treated and compensated accordingly. Don't get your talent buried in some mega company's cubicle.

This is a full-time position, Mon-Fri 8 am- 5 pm.
With lots of room to grow. This position will eventually grow into management role.

Duties:
*Online marketing.
*Social media.
*Online advertising.
*Creating ads and online content.
*Answering Recruiting calls.
*Follow-up calls with potential drivers.
*Screening applicants.
*Orientations and training.
*Customer service.

Requirements:
*Great communication skills.
*Good computer knowledge.
*Clean background.
*Verifiable employment history.
*Online and social media marketing experience.
*Must have skills to create ads, posts and visual content.

Salary:
*Based on qualifications, skills and fit with a company.
*Looking to be between $31k to $60k for the first year.
*Rapid growth for good results.
