Responsibilities Participate in requirements gathering with stakeholders across business units and assist in validating specifications to ensure alignment with business objectives and ERP capabilities Contribute to solution architecture design by assisting in customizing modules and features of ERP package, based on detailed business requirements Develop and integrate new features into existing applications, conduct code reviews and maintain the codebase for stability and compliance Participate in system integration efforts by configuring interfaces, executing ETL processes, and ensuring consistent data flow between ERP and other applications Assess ERP system performance to identify enhancement opportunities and to ensure that ERP customizations are in compliance with security measures and regulatory standards Develop comprehensive documentation for ERP customizations and deliver user training to facilitate effective knowledge transfer Your contribution to the team: Knowledge of ERP systems and integration techniques, along with sector focus The ability to handle end to end ERP package customization and implementation A knack for translating complex requirements into actionable development tasks. A passion for design and hands‑on coding experience A collaborative spirit and excellent communication skills with cross‑functional teams and client stakeholders Required Skills and Experience EDI analysis, mapping, integrations, and trading partner onboarding Experience with EDI transactions (ANSI X12: 850/855/856/810/820/830/862/997; EDIFACT equivalents) Experience in EDI map development using ITXA, Sterling Integrator, Seeburger, or similar tools Build and maintain canonical maps, partner‑specific variants, transformations, validations, and lookup/cross‑reference tables Design, configure, and troubleshoot EDI envelope structures (ISA/GS/GE/IEA; UNB/UNZ, UNG/UNE) with proper control numbers and compliance rules Preferred Skills and Experience Set up and manage partner profiles, routing rules, envelope settings, and communication parameters in integration middleware Facilitate partner working sessions to finalize mapping logic, enveloping standards, acknowledgements (997/CONTRL), and exception‑handling flows Drive connectivity and handshake testing (AS2, SFTP, VAN, APIs), including certificate exchange, encryption, and security controls Provide production support for EDI failures, reprocessing, message tracking, acknowledgements, and SLA‑driven issue resolution Additional Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education This position may require relocation and/or travel to work/project location Candidates authorized to work for any employer in the United States without employer‑based visa sponsorship are welcome to apply.
