We are open to both full-time and part-time Endodontists , with flexibility to structure the schedule around provider availability and patient demand.

Compensation:

Anticipated Full-Time Annual Earnings: $350,000–$550,000+

Compensation is production-based with uncapped earning potential . Actual earnings will vary based on schedule, clinical production, and patient volume. Part-time compensation will be commensurate with the provider's schedule and production.

Position Summary:

We are seeking an Endodontist to join our growing specialty team and provide advanced endodontic care to patients throughout the Toledo market.

You'll collaborate closely with General Dentists and other clinical team members to provide timely specialty care while benefiting from an established patient population and internal referral opportunities.

The position offers significant flexibility and can be structured as either a full-time career opportunity or a consistent part-time position .

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose and treat diseases and injuries involving the dental pulp and surrounding tissues.
• Perform root canal therapy, retreatments, and other endodontic procedures within the provider's scope of practice.
• Evaluate complex cases and develop appropriate treatment recommendations.
• Collaborate with referring General Dentists to ensure continuity of patient care.
• Educate patients regarding diagnoses, treatment options, procedures, and post-treatment care.
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate clinical documentation.
• Provide an exceptional patient experience while maintaining the highest clinical and ethical standards.

Qualifications:

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Completion of an accredited Endodontic residency program.
• Board-certified or board-eligible in Endodontics.
• Active Ohio dental license in good standing or eligibility to obtain one.
• Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered specialty care.
• Experienced Endodontists and recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply.
