You will own meaningful product outcomes from day one — working hands-on with data, engaging directly with enterprise customers, and partnering with engineering and design to ship features that move the needle on adoption, retention, and customer experience.You'll sit at the intersection of supply chain operations and modern software product development, and you'll need both: deep empathy for how freight actually moves, and the analytical rigor to translate that into product bets worth making.What You'll Be DoingProduct Ownership & Adoption (40%)Track and analyze feature adoption, engagement, and retention KPIs for OTR and core visibility productsIdentify friction points and adoption gaps through usage data, customer interviews, and feedback loops with Customer Success and SalesBuild and prioritize a backlog of targeted product enhancements that drive measurable improvement in customer stickinessSupport roadmap planning alongside senior PMs, contributing well-reasoned prioritization recommendationsData & Insights (30%)Work hands-on with product analytics platforms (Pendo, Mixpanel) and write SQL queries to independently explore feature usage and customer behaviorBuild and maintain dashboards and reports that track adoption trends across customer segmentsTranslate quantitative findings into clear product hypotheses and actionable backlog itemsPartner with Data Science and Engineering on instrumentation improvements and event trackingCustomer Engagement (20%)Participate in customer onboarding calls, QBRs, support escalations, and discovery sessions to develop a ground-level understanding of shipper workflowsWork with Customer Success Managers to surface systemic product gaps and recurring pain pointsChampion the voice of the customer in internal planning and sprint reviewsCross-Functional Execution (10%)Collaborate with Engineering and Design through scoping, development, and post-launch monitoringSupport Product Marketing with onboarding materials, release notes, and adoption playbooksContribute to presales conversations and market requirement gathering alongside Solutions teamsWho You Are:Must-Haves3+ years developing deep expertise in a specific supply chain or logistics domain (e.g., truckload, last-mile, ocean freight)Practical experience specifically in truckload transportation, freight visibility, or carrier/shipper operationsExperience collaborating with distributed or offshore engineering teams across time zones.Comfort working hands-on with data: SQL proficiency, familiarity with analytics tools, ability to build a data-driven narrative without hand-holdingStrong customer engagement skills — you've run discovery calls, written user stories, and can translate qualitative feedback into crisp requirementsDemonstrated use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor) to accelerate PM workflows — synthesizing research, drafting PRDs, generating insights at speedPreferredPrior exposure to SaaS onboarding flows, feature adoption programs, or customer health scoringExperience with Pendo, Amplitude, or similar product analytics toolsFamiliarity with agile development and working directly with engineering squadsBachelor's degree in engineering, operations, supply chain, economics, or a quantitative disciplineWhat Success Looks Like in Year 1You independently own a product area within OTR visibility, with clear adoption and engagement KPIsYou've shipped successful customer-facing improvements end-to-end — from discovery to post-launch analysis with significant business impact.Your data fluency means you're generating insights without waiting to be askedCustomer Success and Engineering teams consider you a reliable, high-signal partnerCompensationThe expected annual base salary range for this role is $90,000 - $120,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, skills, and business needs.
