Assistant Property Manager

Are you an organized, customer-focused property managementprofessional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? We are looking for anAssistant Property Manager to join our team at a 200-unit elderly and disabledaffordable housing community in Providence, RI. This community includes layered Section 8 and Tax Creditprograms, so we are looking for someone who understands the importance ofaccuracy, compliance, resident service, and staying on top of multiplepriorities. What You’ll Do: Assistwith the daily operations of a busy 200-unit elderly and disabledresidential community, working closely with the Property Manager and siteteam. SupportSection 8 and Tax Credit compliance, including recertifications, residentfiles, documentation, notices, and other required paperwork. Provideexcellent customer service to residents, families, vendors, and visitorswhile handling questions and concerns with patience and professionalism. UtilizeRealPage OneSite for resident records, reporting, leasing, and propertymanagement functions. Helpmanage office traffic, phones, resident requests, work orders,collections, and other day-to-day administrative responsibilities. Stayorganized and detail-oriented while juggling deadlines and changingpriorities in a fast-paced environment. What We’re Looking For: Previousmultifamily or affordable housing experience is strongly preferred,particularly experience with Section 8 and/or Tax Credit communities. Experiencewith RealPage OneSite is a plus. Theideal candidate is dependable, organized, patient, and comfortable workingwith an elderly and disabled resident population.
