Client Advisor

Summary The Client Advisor is a brand ambassador who delivers exceptional client experiences by welcoming clients, discovering needs, and cultivating long‑term relationships. Reporting to store leadership, this role supports sales goals, contributes to team objectives, and may assist with visual merchandising or training tasks. The position operates on the sales floor and supports operational activities to maintain brand standards. Responsibilities Provide a welcoming, client‑focused experience and build long‑lasting client relationships through active engagement and follow‑up. Proactively drive sales and achieve individual KPIs such as ADT, UPT, data capture, and repurchase rate. Support inventory preparation, customer charge sends, repairs, and hold follow‑ups as needed. Maintain visual merchandising standards and assist with store operations and team activities. Requirements Minimum 2 years of retail experience, preferably in a luxury environment; hospitality or client‑oriented roles acceptable. Client‑centric, team‑oriented, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced retail setting. Professional presentation with strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages preferred.
