Benefits 401(k) Health insurance Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Opportunity for advancement Paid time off Relocation bonus Training & development Tuition assistance Key Responsibilities Provide advanced life support (ALS) care in emergency situations Assess, treat, and stabilize patients in accordance with state protocols Safely transport patients to hospitals and healthcare facilities Complete accurate and timely electronic patient care reports (ePCR) Operate and maintain ambulance equipment and supplies Communicate effectively with dispatch, hospitals, and team members Maintain a high standard of professionalism and patient care Qualifications Current Paramedic certification (Virginia or eligible for reciprocity) Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Current BLS, ACLS certifications (PALS preferred) Strong clinical and decision-making skills Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends Excellent communication and teamwork abilities Preferred Qualifications 1–3+ years of field experience Familiarity with ePCR systems (ESO) Work Environment Fast-paced EMS setting Supportive leadership and team-oriented culture Compensation & Benefits Pay: $32 – $38 per hour (based on experience) Overtime opportunities Flexible scheduling Paid time off (for full-time employees) Opportunities for advancement (FTO, Supervisor roles) Sign-On Bonus Available Paramedics: Up to $5,000 Sign-On Bonus (Paid in increments based on tenure of completing 1yr) #J-18808-Ljbffr
