Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to provide high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to children and adolescents at our clinic in Boone, NC.

The BCBA will be responsible for conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, supervising ABA therapy, analyzing client progress, and collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members. The BCBA will ensure services are delivered in accordance with BACB ethical standards, BHCOE quality standards, clinical best practices, and applicable funding source requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide direct clinical oversight of ABA services, ensuring individualized, ethical, evidence-based treatment in accordance with BACB standards, BHCOE quality standards, and company policies.
• Conduct comprehensive behavioral and developmental assessments using appropriate standardized and criterion-referenced tools, including VB-MAPP, Vineland, PEAK, AFLS, SRS, and other assessment instruments as clinically appropriate.
• Develop, implement, monitor, and update individualized treatment plans, behavior intervention plans, skill acquisition programs, and behavior reduction programs based on ongoing assessment and data analysis.
• Provide ongoing supervision, training, coaching, and performance feedback to RBTs, BCaBAs, student analysts, and other members of the clinical team in accordance with BACB supervision requirements.
• Manage an assigned caseload by coordinating treatment schedules, reviewing clinical documentation, monitoring service delivery, and ensuring continuity and quality of care.
• Collaborate with parents, caregivers, teachers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team through parent training, caregiver education, treatment meetings, and regular communication regarding client progress and clinical needs.
• Utilize CentralReach and other clinical data systems to collect and analyze learner data, monitor treatment outcomes, document progress, maintain accurate clinical records, and support insurance authorization and treatment updates.
• Review clinical data regularly and make data-driven modifications to treatment plans, intervention strategies, and goals to promote meaningful progress and generalization of skills.
• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, supervision notes, caregiver training documentation, and discharge or transition planning.
• Participate in team meetings and collaborate with clinical and operational staff to promote effective service delivery, positive client outcomes, and a supportive clinic environment.
• Ensure client safety, confidentiality, dignity, and ethical treatment while adhering to BACB ethical guidelines, applicable regulations, payer requirements, and company policies.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Master's degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Psychology, or a related field.
• Current Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification required.
• Active North Carolina licensure (or eligibility to obtain licensure).
• New BCBA graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience working with individuals with Spectrum Disorder and developmental disabilities is preferred.
• Experience supervising RBTs or providing ABA services is preferred but not required.
• Experience using CentralReach or similar EMR/practice management platforms is preferred.
• Strong communication, organizational, problems, and interpersonal skills.
