Title: Senior Tax Manager
Salary: $170,000-$200,000
Job Type: Full-time, In-office Leadership
Requirements: Active CPA, 7+ years public accounting experience, complex client management background

We're a 20-person boutique tax firm with direct ownership involvement. Your decisions help shape how we operate and grow.
The Role
You'll lead complex client relationships from planning through completion, reviewing and signing returns. This is high-impact leadership where you mentor your team and shape firm-level strategy on pricing, workflow, and operations.
Job Duties
- Manage and lead a portfolio of business and individual tax clients
- Lead tax planning and advisory conversations with clients
- Review and sign complex returns (1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, Oregon SALT, multi-state)
- Own engagement scope, delivery, and client communication
- Resolve complex tax issues and support positions across entity types
- Oversee multi-entity and multi-state compliance work
What You Need
- Active CPA license
- 7+ years progressive public accounting experience
- 5+ years reviewing and signing tax returns
- Strong technical knowledge in 1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120, Oregon SALT, and multi-state taxation
- Experience with 990, 1041, 706, 709, or international reporting is a plus
