What you'll earn: A guaranteed competitive base wage — you get paid it whether the salon is packed or slow. Your paycheck isn't a gamble on foot traffic. Our successful stylists earn $20–$50 per hour in total effective wage — base wage plus productivity, product commissions, and tips. Up to 20% commission on product sales. What you'll do: Consult with customers, listen to what they actually want, and make professional recommendations. Shampoo, cut, and style hair for the whole family. Recommend the right products for each customer's hair. Keep your station and the salon clean, safe, and welcoming. Work as part of a team so no customer waits longer than they have to. What you bring: A valid Cosmetology or Barber license (required). Strong cutting skills, or the eagerness to build them fast. New grads welcome.
