Registered Nurse-Home Health RN-Part Time-Flexible Hours

Mission Health, based in Asheville, NC, is seeking a compassionate and adaptable Registered Nurse for our Staffing Pool within the Healthcare & Medical Services department. In this role, you will provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units, supporting a variety of patient populations and clinical needs. You will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care in accordance with evidence-based practice, provider orders, and Mission Health standards, ensuring the safety, comfort, and dignity of every patient.

As a Staffing Pool RN, you will float to different inpatient and specialty areas based on organizational needs, demonstrating strong clinical judgment, flexibility, and the ability to quickly adapt to new environments and teams. You will collaborate closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, fellow nurses, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care, develop individualized care plans, and support optimal patient outcomes. Responsibilities include administering medications and treatments, monitoring and documenting patient status, responding promptly to changes in condition, educating patients and families, and actively participating in discharge planning and care transitions.
