Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP)

MLR.org is seeking a full-time, permanent Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) for a direct-hire opportunity within a highly collaborative healthcare team in New Mexico !

Key Responsibilities for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):

Deliver comprehensive primary care services, diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions for patients of all ages.
This clinic-based role emphasizes patient-centered care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on patient evaluations and medical histories.
Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
Accurately maintain patient records, ensuring compliance with state and federal healthcare regulations.
Adhere to all state and federal healthcare laws and practice standards.

Qualifications for Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP):

Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program.
Active Advanced Practice Registered Nurse (APRN) license in New Mexico.
National NP certification from ANCC or AANP is mandatory.
Current DEA certification is required.
Ideally, 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, though new graduates are welcome to apply.
