Supervisor Administrative Nursing

Delegates, supervises, and evaluates care as delivered by staff on afternoon and midnight shifts and on weekends and holidays as assigned. Responsibilities Facilitates a sufficient number of qualified staff to provide care, treatment, and services to patients. C onducts regular rounds within designated patient care units. Assigns patients to beds as necessary. Identifies, intervenes, and resolves interdepartmental issues utilizing appropriate problem solving techniques. Promotes customer service standards and a positive work environment via role modeling and through interactions with others. Qualifications BSN required, MS preferred. Registered Nurse in State of Michigan. Supervisory experience preferred.
