Locations Zachari Dunes on Mandalay Beach, Curio Collection by Hilton (On-site) What will I be doing? As a Guest Request Attendant, you would be responsible for delivering Housekeeping items in response to guest requests in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards: Retrieve, clean, shine and return guest shoes Prepare rollaways and cribs and return them to designated storage areas Assist in maintaining Housekeeping storerooms, closets and offices Pick up and deliver faxes and messages from Communications/PBX Polish brass, as needed Greet guests in a friendly manner Typical duties Keep guest rooms spotless: Clean and tidy assigned rooms, including making beds, cleaning bathrooms, dusting, vacuuming, and performing deep cleaning tasks as needed Replenish linens and amenities: Replace bed linens, towels, and guest essentials as needed Manage supplies: Stock, maintain, and transport the housekeeping supply cart daily Delight our guests: Respond to guest requests promptly and courteously Manage waste disposal: Dispose of trash and recyclables in designated areas Qualifications - Internal What are we looking for?
