Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPCC at Insight Wellness Center will engage with a diverse range of clients, allowing specialization in areas of personal interest and expertise. You can expect to work with adults, children, teens, couples, military veterans, and geriatric populations, among others. Each practitioner is carefully matched with clients to ensure a good fit and optimize therapeutic results. Our focus on creating long-lasting client relationships leads to high retention rates and minimal no-show occurrences.

Qualifications\n

• Master's Degree in Professional Counseling (LPCC) is mandatory.

• Active licensure as a Professional Counselor in California.

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in mental health counseling.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 120,000 – 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
