Behavioral Health Clinician (Bachelors)

Job Summary The Behavioral Health Clinician (BHC) is a member of the interdisciplinary treatment team in CBI Crisis, Inpatient and Transition Point programs. The BHC coordinates with the Patient Care Technicians (PCT), Registered Nurses (RN), and Behavioral Health Medical Providers (BHMP) to ensure a safe environment and that quality care is provided to all presenting for services. The BHC completes the behavioral health assessment and service plan for all individuals admitted to their assigned program, documents provided services, coordinates discharges, and collaborates with family or other significant others to support care continuity. Skills / Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in a field related to Behavioral Health. Master’s Degree preferred but not required. Preference given to candidates with a Master’s Degree in a related field or who hold an associate‑level license with the Arizona Board of Behavioral Health Examiners (Psychologist, Social Worker, Counselor, Marriage & Family Therapist, or Substance Use Counselor). 1–3 years of full‑time health‑care related work experience, preferably with exposure to both behavioral and medical crisis situations, is preferred but not required.
