SHIFT: 10:30am-7:30pm, includes every other weekends (some other shifts as needed)

Your Responsibilities:
- Prepare all food following standard recipes and special diet orders.
- Ensure food is at an acceptable temperature.
- Check daily events to ensure needs are met.
- Determines amount and type of food/supplies required for daily menus. Obtains supplies from storage areas for meal production.
- Maintains a clean working environment.
