Job Summary
We are seeking a Medical Receptionist/Registrar to join our team!
Medical Receptionist/Registrar with experience for large orthopedic practice in the Financial District. Excellent salary with benefits commensurate with experience.
Responsibilities
Greets and directs patients entering the Suite. Experience with answering and handling multiple physician appointment lines. Candidate will be responsible for appointment scheduling, insurance verification and eligibility, HMO referrals, obtaining Workers Compensation and No Fault insurance claim information. Excellent written/verbal communication skills. Minimum of one year prior medical office experience. Knowledge of working with EPIC electronic medical records system. The ideal candidate is very organized, has strong customer services and interpersonal skills, and works well independently and within a team. Punctuality and accountability is essential. Team support necessary for patient flow. Excellent customer service required. Other duties assigned as necessary.
