We are looking for a reliable and experienced Pool Service Technician to join our growing pool service operation in Miami.

This is a great opportunity for someone with pool maintenance experience who wants consistent recurring work without having to worry about finding customers, scheduling routes, collecting payments, or managing customer relationships.

The technician will be responsible for servicing residential swimming pools on a recurring schedule and maintaining them to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine weekly pool maintenance at residential properties
• Skim, brush, and vacuum pools as needed
• Empty skimmer and pump baskets
• Test and balance pool chemicals
• Inspect pool equipment and identify potential issues
• Maintain clean and professional work practices
• Document completed services and report any issues with the pool or equipment
• Communicate any maintenance concerns or repair needs to management

Qualifications

• Previous pool maintenance experience preferred
• Knowledge of pool chemicals and basic pool equipment
• Reliable and dependable
• Able to work independently
• Comfortable working outdoors in Miami weather
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Ability to lift and carry pool equipment and chemicals
• Strong attention to detail

Pool industry experience is preferred, but motivated candidates with related maintenance experience may also be considered.

Compensation

$20–$30 per hour , depending on experience and qualifications.

Consistent recurring work is available for the right technician.
