We're looking for a Restaurant Supervisor who leads by example, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is passionate about developing people while delivering outstanding service. This is a hands‑on leadership role perfect for someone ready to take the next step in their hospitality career. What You'll Do Lead daily restaurant operations alongside the Restaurant General Manager. Coach, motivate, and support the front-of-house team throughout each shift. Ensure exceptional guest experiences by resolving concerns with professionalism and care. Monitor service standards, food quality, cleanliness, and restaurant presentation. Assist with opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and daily reporting. Support training and onboarding of new team members. Help manage labor, staffing levels, and shift execution. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture built on accountability and respect. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and responsible alcohol service standards. What We're Looking For 1-3 years of restaurant leadership experience (Shift Lead, Supervisor, Assistant Manager, or similar). Strong leadership and communication skills. Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences. Ability to remain calm and organized in a high-volume environment. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Food Handler Card and Responsible Beverage Service (RBS) Certification (or ability to obtain upon hire). Why Maleza?
